Shipping time
Germany:
Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Shortly after a collection goes online, there may be some delays due to the high volume of orders. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Europe:
Due to the high volume of shipments, the shipping time to European countries is 5-14 business days.
Rest of the World:
For countries outside of Europe, shipping time can take between 7-17 business days.
Import duties/taxes/fees
For destination countries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or fees may occur which are determined by the country of destination. These are calculated based on the country of origin of the goods and the classification of the goods and are charged once the package reaches the destination country. We, Vencide Studios, cannot predict what taxes, duties and fees, if any, will be charged in the destination country and in what amounts. If such additional duties are charged, they must be paid by the customer in order for the package to be processed. We will not cover any additional costs.

Returns
Orders shipped within the European Union can be returned within 14 days after receiving the goods. The cost of return shipping has to be covered by the customer. We do not cover the cost of returns shipping.
Orders outside the European Union cannot be returned due to customs reasons. Please notice this.

If you ordered from Germany, please click here.
To make use of the right of withdrawal (only within the EU) the goods must be returned to us in unused/unworn condition, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide us with proof of purchase.
- Damages
If you have received damaged goods or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. You can simply contact us by sending a mail to our mailbox. We will help you as soon as possible to make everything right.
- Exchanges
If your clothes don't fit right or you want to exchange them in general, the fastest way is to return your order to us within 14 days and place a new order.
- Refunds
If we approve your return request, you will be refunded within 5-10 business days of receiving your return via the payment method used when placing your order.
